Spice Temple’s Chinese New Year pig cocktail

Light, refreshing and spritz-like, Spice Temple's pig cocktail is a subtle blend of floral flavours, symbolising wealth and prosperity throughout Chinese New Year.

Ingredients

  • • 90ml Santiago Pisco
  • • 30ml lychee juice
  • • 30ml Martini Bianco Vermouth
  • • 30ml rose tea syrup
  • • 10ml rose water
  • • 150ml prosecco

  • To garnish:
  • • Edible flowers

Method

Add a handful of cubed ice to a carafe. Build ingredients one by one, then gently stir. Garnish carafe with edible flowers and serve.
