The Japanese Cobbler cocktail is a fragrant and refreshing spring tipple. It heroes cherry blossom flavours, combining seasonal fresh fruit with traditional Japanese botanicals.

JAPANESE COBBLER

Ingredients:

  • 45ml cherry blossom water
  • 30ml yuzu juice
  • 15ml cherry blossom syrup
  • 15ml Ketel One Citroen
  • 45ml shiso umeshu
  • 2 slices orange
  • 1 strawberries
  • 2 lychees
  • Soda water

To garnish:

  • Kaffir lime

Muddle 2 slices orange, 1 strawberry and 2 lychees in highball glass. Add liquid ingredients one by one. Top with soda water and finish with crushed ice. Garnish with kaffir lime.
